Pete started his career in Northern Irelands only Porsche dealership as a technician for 10 years and had a passion for high performance cars. He spent the following 22 years in his family Principal Contracting business and worked on his professional qualifications. Peter is now the owner of Pete Cole Consulting which provides Clerk of Works services, Building Defect diagnosis, Building Surveying and is also the owner of Snagyourhome®️, which has been providing Professional Snagging Surveys in Northern Ireland for more than four years. Pete is also a trained Expert Witness with a portfolio of successful outcomes in Building Defects cases working across public and private and social sectors. Pete is The Northern Ireland Regional Chair of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Vice Chair of the Northern Ireland Chapter of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate.
