Dermot Rasdale is owner and director of DJ Contracts and DJ Build Estimations. He started out as a builder 25 years ago and has a degree in construction management. In 2010 he was awarded FMB’s Master Builder of the Year for a local project in Co Fermanagh. In late 2016 he started DJ Build Estimations, where the aim is to provide customers with easy to understand Bills of Quantities and guidelines.
