Mark Gribbin has almost 30 years’ work experience within the sustainable building and energy efficient industry.  In 2000, he took over the family-owned timber frame business and formed Setanta Construction along with his brother Niall. Since then, the company has continuously developed and advanced their offsite construction capabilities with a wide portfolio of work ranging from domestic buildings and collaborative turn-key developments to large commercial projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

Mark is a certified Passive house designer, a certified energy assessor and is trained in thermal bridging calculating.  His academic knowledge coupled with his onsite experience means that he routinely works with architects, engineers, and planners to develop exciting ways of designing and constructing buildings using innovative sustainable techniques.
