Reduced Drying Times – Compared to other screeds. Moisture sensitive floor coverings can be applied when the screed has dried to a moisture content of <2.5%CM

Lower Running Costs for Underfloor Heating Systems – This is as a result of the exceptional thermal conductivity, and the ability to lay thinner screeds over the underfloor heating pipes.

By totally encasing underfloor heating pipework, Cemfloor Therm eliminates the presence of air voids around the piping, maximising heat transfer through to the floor’s surface. The final result is an installation that encourages heating systems to work less and increases the building’s energy efficiency.
