Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at QXO, you’ll play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of business functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a streamlined, high-quality hiring process that ensures we attract and select top talent.
In this role, you’ll own the recruitment process from intake to offer—developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring decisions. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, delivering a consistent candidate experience, and ensuring efficient, effective hiring outcomes.
