Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – IT Systems to support and enhance our Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications. This position plays a critical role in maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting both front-end and back-end systems integral to our enterprise operations.

As a key member of our technical team, you will lead complex operational analyses, provide strategic recommendations, and guide medium to large projects from initiation through delivery. Your expertise will directly support business units through technical solutions, system upgrades, and cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects and initiatives that support business operations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade mission-critical front- and back-end applications.
• Oversee transition from on-premises systems to cloud-based environments, including interface redesign.
• Resolve technical issues involving firewalls, proxies, and cybersecurity protocols in coordination with internal IT and Cyber teams.
• Analyze and interpret application and system logs to identify performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure systems meet operational needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
• Prepare and deliver findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Technical Expertise:

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Windows AD Domains, Azure AD, and federated services
• Azure SSO and AWS (Practitioner level or higher)
• Proxy and firewall traffic troubleshooting
• Cybersecurity tools (IDS/IPS, antivirus, packet capture & analysis)
• Tanium
• Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Application log analysis and system monitoring
• Support for eDiscovery tools (e.g., EnCase, Relativity)
• IoT network setup (wired and wireless)
• VMware, load balancers (Big IP F5), and web accelerators
• Web applications (Apache, IIS, WebSphere)
• Git, Docker containers
• Broad infrastructure knowledge (Domain, Systems, Network, Security, Data Center, Storage)

Preferred Tools/Technologies:

• ServiceNow experience
• BI/Reporting tools : Sisense, Power BI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT business systems analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams effectively.
