Before you throw your hat in the ring, here’s the real deal:
This role is all about next-level recruiting. So, yeah that is your biggest responsibility. That being said .....Social media? Absolutely—it's part of the gig, and we’re looking for someone who can own it, not just manage it. You’ll be traveling to our hubs outside Leawood, hitting up our Chicago (West Loop) and Nashville offices, plus occasional trips to other markets when we’re rolling out training. We need a powerhouse communicator who can elevate our brand, engage with people at every level, and isn’t afraid to hit the ground running—wherever that ground happens to be. If you’ve got the drive and the swagger to grow our presence and attract top talent, we want you.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a crucial role in building strong candidate pipelines and shaping our vibrant, youthful workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for early-career roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
· Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and career services to attract recent graduates and young professionals.
· Create and post engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media targeting Gen Z and young Millennial candidates.
· Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews, evaluating candidates for organizational fit, potential, and required skills.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and customize strategies for each department.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and ensure a diverse talent pool.
· Promote our company culture and employer brand, attracting candidates who align with our mission and values.
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred; internships or campus ambassador roles will be considered.
· Demonstrated ability to connect with and recruit early-career or Gen Z talent.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.).
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· High energy, adaptability, and passion for finding and developing young talent.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Component Range / Details
Base Salary $45,000–$55,000 (dependent on experience)

· Be at the forefront of shaping the next generation of our workforce.
· Collaborative, youthful, and supportive culture.
· Opportunities for professional development and rapid career growth.
