We are seeking a highly skilled Boiler Management Specialist to oversee the mechanical and technical services of boilers across regional plants in San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with heavy recovery steam generators (HRSGs) and heavy industrial machinery, particularly in power plants. Responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance boiler and HRSG performance, analyzing operations and maintenance levels, and preparing project estimates and budgets. The role involves managing equipment specifications, outage planning, and execution, as well as assisting with equipment inspections and life assessments. The specialist will maintain detailed records of boilers and parts, generate work notifications, and develop preventative maintenance plans. Additionally, the candidate will engage in strategic business planning, direct department activities to troubleshoot failures, and develop training programs for operations and maintenance teams. This position requires strong leadership skills to oversee tests, collaborate with engineers and plant personnel, and lead power generation improvement initiatives.
