Currently, we are developing a next generation payment platform and neo-banking service. Our mission is to build software solutions that solve big problems for business verticals that have been overlooked by out of the box business software products—helping our customers grow, save money, and operate more efficiently. Who are you: We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to own and oversee all activity within our QuickBooks account. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the confidence to build financial processes that support our business as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company’s QuickBooks Online account Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close Maintain clean and accurate general ledger data Create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements Work closely with department leads to track spending and improve financial visibility across teams Prepare internal financial reports for leadership review Coordinate with outside CPAs, tax advisors, or auditors as needed Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ~3+ years of accounting experience (QuickBooks Online proficiency required) ~ Strong understanding of GAAP and small business financial practices ~ High attention to detail and ability to work independently ~ Experience working in a remote or tech-forward work environment preferred ~ Strong communication skills—you’ll work closely with leadership, vendors, and other internal teams
