POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst & Billing Specialist to join our high-performance team and be a part of our mission to shape the future of the data center and mission critical community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quotes & Pricing – Responsible for supporting the Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) in all quotes and pricing activities with emphasis on fuel Financial Analysis – Support the SFA in providing the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other levels of Management Key Performance Indicators and Metrics as defined Billings – Bill fuel customers and support overall billing process Monthly Financial Close – Assist in closing process as directed KEY TEAM JOB TASKS Work closely with the SFA in relative business matters Work closely with the CFO in relative business matters KEY COMPETENCIES Strong analytical skills Exceptional MS Excel skills Solid work ethic EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other business curriculum Experience 5 + years ATTRIBUTES DESIRED Servant heart Team player with positive attitude WE OFFER ESI Total Fuel Management offers several competitive benefits, including: ~ Profit sharing, eligible after one year of employment.
