Job Description

LHH is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position in Greenville, SC! The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully in office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
