Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Location: Addison, TX

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | 100% on-site

Delta Dallas is supporting its client, a fast-paced organization in the professional services industry, in their search for a skilled and adaptable Administrative Assistant . This individual will play a vital role in streamlining day-to-day operations, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to internal teams, including operations, sales, and client services
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
  • Assist with meeting preparation, document formatting, presentations, and report generation
  • Maintain accurate records, organize files, and update internal databases
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other business materials
  • Track project timelines and support internal process improvements
  • Monitor and order office supplies; liaise with vendors as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors and incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with planning team events, trainings, and company initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional team communication
  • Serve as a backup for other administrative team members as needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Administrative or operational support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general business tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
