30 years working for NI Water with over 20 of those years workings with developers, housebuilders and self builders. Currently NIW pre-development manager. Lead a team of 16 staff with responsibility for all pre-developments enquiries, planning responses from NI Water and impact assessments to determine how anything from a single house to a multi units development can get a connection to NIW infrastructue.
