John has worked as an Architectural technician and design manager in the construction industry for 18 years.

He has experience in various industries such as ,

Senior Architectural technician and BIM manager on Residential projects across Ireland , Large scale commercial and pharmaceutical projects. Working with Ailtiri Architects , OMC Technologies and ABB. Working on various projects such as the Google office Barrow St Dublin , Diageo James Gate Dublin , Apple HQ  Cork , Bausch and Lomb Waterford , Dun Laoghaire library.

John has also worked on Large scale retail projects in Ireland the UK and the US as Design Manger working with Applegreen's internal developments team. Also working with Applegreen Electric in the design and build and role out of their EV hubs. John was responsible for Preparation of design / detail drawings to CGIs to 3D fly through videos for Public engagement use.

John is Specialized in planning and design of once off private houses. He designed and built his own house in Co Kilkenny using ICF and designed specialized details to allow the use of various materials with ICF such as natural Stone.

John is now working with Castle Forms ICF as their Technical Support Manager and is focused on concentrating on the detailing behind ICF.
