David McHugh is the founder and CEO of ProAir Heat Recovery Ventilation systems, Ireland's only manufacturer of MVHR systems. David has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a lifetime of experience in the ventilation industry, pioneering the development of the sector in Ireland. David is Chairman of the Residential Ventilation Association of Ireland and a guest lecturer with TUS and ATU on the subject of mechanical ventilation.
