Pete is also a trained Expert Witness with a portfolio of successful outcomes in Building Defects cases working across public and private and social sectors. Pete is The Northern Ireland Regional Chair of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Vice Chair of the Northern Ireland Chapter of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate.

• Clerk of Works Role – when you should employ someone to do this job, what does a Clerk of Works do and what are their responsibilities, who do they report to and how they can ensure that the build is being done within the regulations.

Vehicles approaching Belfast on the M1 or M2 should follow the signs to Belfast City Airport M3, taking the first exit for Titanic Quarter. Follow signs for Titanic Belfast. Driving past Titanic Belfast you will see Titanic Studios on the left and the TEC on the right.
Vehicles approaching via the Sydenham Bypass should follow signs for Titanic Quarter and follow the instructions above.
There are 520 secure, underground parking spaces at Titanic Belfast with additional underground spaces available at Belfast Met. There are also two surface Pay and Display car parks available along Queen’s Road.
Walking
The TEC is a pleasant stroll from Belfast City Centre or from Central Station. Cross the River Lagan on one of the three bridges and follow signs for Titanic Belfast or Titanic Quarter. Approximate distance from both City Hall and Central Station is 1.3 miles, walking time 20-30 minutes.
Train
The nearest station is Titanic Halt. Walk time from the station is approximately 15 minutes.
