Job Description

Warehouse Manager at

Urban Soccer Park

Shape the future of community spaces through the beautiful game of soccer!

About Urban Soccer Park

At Urban Soccer Park, we believe in precision, performance, and purpose . Our mission is to transform communities through the design, manufacturing, and installation of world-class, small-sided soccer fields — and we do it by building with excellence, systematizing every process, and delivering with reliability. We are builders at our core, grounded in discipline and guided by data.

As a team, we run on clarity of vision, discipline in execution, and accountability in every seat. Our team is built on the belief that success comes from defining the right processes, assigning clear ownership, and tracking progress through measurable results.

At Urban Soccer Park, you’ll be trusted to lead, own your area, and continuously improve it — because our standards are high, and our vision is bold.

About the Role

Urban Soccer Park is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Boise-based warehouse operations and lead the charge in getting our systems and processes fully dialed in. This is a critical leadership role, responsible not just for maintaining operational flow—but for designing, implementing, and refining the structure that makes our warehouse a reliable engine of delivery and execution.

You'll lead a team of 4–6 employees across all core functions: receiving, inventory management, kitting, quality control, field production, packing, and shipping. Working alongside company leadership, you’ll bring clarity and process to key operational areas using EOS tools like Scorecards , Rocks , and L10 Meetings to measure success and solve issues at their core.

This is not a plug-and-play operation—yet. It’s a high-impact opportunity for a Technical Expert who wants to bring order to complexity, define scalable systems, and drive accountability and performance from the ground up.

You will be expected to own your seat , bring leadership and insight to your department, and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure field production output is predictable, repeatable, and aligned with company goals.

What You'll Own

Inventory & Supply Chain Control

  • Managing inventory tracking systems, including routine audits and cycle counts
  • Maintain and update data-driven tools for forecasting and purchasing inputs
  • Design clear labeling, organization, and storage processes for inventory management

Quality & Production Oversight

  • Define and enforce quality control standards for outgoing kits and components
  • Drive daily kit production and ensure timely completion of production goals
  • Align production milestones with fulfillment schedules and KPIs

Warehouse Process Optimization

  • Work with leadership to document core warehouse processes from layout to flow and efficiency
  • Build, standardize, and maintain SOPs, workstations, and training tools for all stages of production
  • Identify root causes of inefficiency and solve issues through systematic problem-solving

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 warehouse employees
  • Set clear expectations through defined roles and responsibilities
  • Use KPIs and EOS scorecards to monitor daily performance and lead weekly Level 10 meetings

Logistics & Fulfillment

  • Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics with an eye for accuracy, timing, and traceability
  • Lead staging, packaging, and shipping coordination for national field deployments
  • Ensure seamless communication with operations teams

What We're Looking For

  • Process Builder: You don’t want to inherit systems—you want to design them. You think in frameworks and enjoy creating order from the ground up.
  • EOS-Minded Leader: You resonate with the EOS model of owning your seat, measuring performance, and solving issues through clarity and alignment.
  • Analytical & Systems-Oriented: You see problems through data, identify root causes, and develop repeatable solutions.
  • Hands-On & Technically Skilled: You're equally comfortable operating ERP systems, building production workflows, and being on the floor with your team.
  • Direct, Clear Communicator: You value facts, clarity, and accountability in communication—no fluff, just results.

What You'll Have

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with proven success in a warehouse environment for a production/service company
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Experience building or restructuring warehouse systems or processes
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and production KPIs
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, kitting, or component-based production is a strong plus
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) strongly preferred
  • Experience working within an EOS-run organization is a significant plus
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time; must pass background check

Why Urban Soccer Park

  • Competitive Salary + Bonus: Target compensation $75,000–$90,000 based on experience and performance
  • 401(k) with Match: Plan for your future with our company-supported retirement plan
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, and vision coverage to keep you at your best — plus wellness days and paid time off to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Career Growth Opportunities: We’re all about growth, both for our business and our people so we’re committed to promoting from within and supporting your professional development.
  • A Collaborative, Growth-Focused Environment: Be part of a company that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
  • A Fun, Dynamic Culture: We’re passionate about sports, community, and creating something meaningful together, and we believe in working hard and celebrating success together.
