Job Description

Our client within the benefits space is seeking a Training Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating trainings and will have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Onsite Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for training, development, and departmental initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and tracking for various programs and events
  • Support preparation of presentations and training materials
  • Help organize and produce virtual sessions and related activities
  • Manage general department communications, calendars, and meeting logistics
  • Assist with file organization, documentation, and basic system tasks
  • Use office software and tools to complete various projects
  • Support team members as needed and take on special assignments

Requirements:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience facilitating trainings is preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative or office experience required
  • Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and shifting priorities
  • Experience in training or development environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with survey tools, project software, or learning systems is a plus
