Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Assist residents with inquiries, providing information regarding community services and amenities.
  • Coordinate and manage resident events and activities to enhance community engagement.
  • Handle resident requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions, services, and resources to assist residents effectively.
  • Liaise with maintenance and service staff to ensure all resident needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional service and community involvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a concierge or customer service role, ideally within property management or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with residents of varied backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and property management systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
