Job Description

We're seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sacramento, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation
Provide general support to staff and visitors

Qualifications:
2+ year of administrative or office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Typing 40 wpm
Strong communication and organizational skills
