Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on federal, state, and local tax matters

• Draft and review tax documents and planning strategies

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft tax memoranda

• Assist senior attorneys with managing client relationships

• Participate in firm initiatives related to legal education and cross-disciplinary support

• Contribute to strategic development of the firm’s tax law practice

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of tax law experience preferred

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school

• LL.M. in Taxation (preferred but not required)

• Admission to the Louisiana Bar (or eligibility to be admitted)

• Excellent academic credentials (top 25% preferred)

• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills

• Professional demeanor with the ability to manage client-facing responsibilities
