• Minimum 15 years of legal experience in patent law, with strong IP transaction background

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Active Bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (California Bar preferred or willingness to obtain)

• Proven ability to manage complex legal negotiations and deal structures

• Strong interpersonal, drafting, and client advisory skills
