Overview:

We're seeking a Corporate Recruiter with a hunter mindset who thrives on building pipelines, breaking into talent networks, and converting passive candidates into high-impact team members. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep experience in sourcing and closing technical and go-to-market talent in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers—understand role needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn, networking, industry events, Boolean search, and referrals—posting jobs is just the beginning
  • Relentlessly identify and engage passive candidates who aren’t actively job-seeking
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for high-priority roles in engineering, cybersecurity, sales, and leadership
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close, with a focus on quality and speed
  • Maintain and manage data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide weekly pipeline metrics
  • Lead outreach campaigns and build brand presence through creative candidate engagement strategies
  • Partner with HR to support seamless onboarding and ensure strong new hire experiences

Required Experience & Attributes:

  • 5+ years of proven success as a corporate or agency recruiter, focused on outbound sourcing and direct outreach
  • Demonstrated track record of filling high-demand roles (e.g., sales execs, engineers, security analysts)
  • Obsessed with candidate quality—knows how to dig deep, pre-qualify, and build trust quickly
  • Highly confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
  • Skilled in pipeline development, competitive intelligence, and high-volume outreach
  • Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and stays organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
