In this role, you'll take ownership of customer quality concerns, maintain a strong presence on the production floor, and lead investigations into corrective actions to ensure high product standards.

The Role:

• Maintain Quality documentation and support the resolution of supplier and internal Quality issues.
• Engage directly with customers to address corrective actions and concerns.
• Clear progression tracks through to Quality Supervisor and Quality Manager.

The Candidate:

• Experience in Manufacturing Quality (utilizing systems such as 8D, 5 Why, PPAP, etc.) through internships.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ambitious and driven to progress into leadership roles.
