Project Manager - Industrial Refrigeration

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and support our cold storage, food and beverage manufacturing, and other industrial refrigeration customers. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation.
• Purchase materials and manage subcontractors, including deliveries.
• Conduct project meetings with Field Supervisors, Shop Foreman, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Customers, and others.
• Maintain project schedules and costs through effective communication and oversight.
• Resolve schedule, design, and code issues.
• Coordinate start-up/commissioning with our Service Department, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Participate in team efforts to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety.
• Lead by example and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, methods, standards, codes, and equipment.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including project site visits.
