Job Description

*Please note this position is for physical products , not digital products. This is a contract to hire opportunity that requires working onsite in Philadelphia 3x a wee k. No C2C.*

This candidate will lead the development and management of innovative B2B physical products, driving growth and market differentiation.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, and launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

• Lead product launches and enhancements, focusing on innovation and cost optimization.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities and refine product positioning.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality improvements and cost-efficiency measures.

• Develop and manage demand forecasts, budgets, and assortment plans to support business goals.

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver product training and enhance customer confidence.

• Optimize product presentation across digital platforms to enhance visibility and appeal.

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape go-to-market strategies.

• Monitor product quality and address any issues to maintain high standards and market leadership.

• Track category performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, including portfolio management and launching physical products.

• Strong project management skills, particularly in product development and P&L analysis.

• A degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field.

• Ability to effectively present to senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• A proven ability to analyze customer insights and apply market research to drive decision-making.

• A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.
