As our Parts Manager, you'll earn $20-$23/hr based on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement as part of a respected, member-owned agriculture cooperative.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PARTS MANAGER?

Each day, you manage the heartbeat of our Truck Shop by overseeing the parts inventory that keeps our agriculture fleet running smoothly. You track everything from truck tires to wash bay soap in our computerized catalog system. Whether receiving shipments, organizing storage, or finding the best prices for specialty parts, you handle it all with precision. You field calls, dispense parts to mechanics, coordinate tire orders, and ensure spare vehicles are ready for drivers. Your busy office transforms chaos into order, and you ensure every tool and piece of equipment is in place to support our agriculture operations.

WOULD YOU BE A GREAT PARTS MANAGER?

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Basic understanding of diesel and automotive parts and mechanical systems
• Basic mathematical skills to develop and maintain invoices and inventories
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn the inventory system
• Ability to stand, walk, sit at a desk, and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Experience in an automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is highly preferred
