Packaging Design Analyst
Our client is looking for a Knowledge Analyst to help drive growth and innovation across client operations. In this role, you’ll partner with teams focused on analyzing product portfolios, improving procurement strategies, and optimizing manufacturing design. This is an opportunity to work closely with industry experts and make a real impact—both as part of a team and individually.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve client operations, focusing on engineering, procurement, and product management
• Conduct detailed product reverse engineering and cost modeling to identify opportunities for innovation and savings
• Analyze materials and packaging specifications to support design and procurement outcomes
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting adoption and capability-building
• Partner with internal experts and global consultants to grow institutional knowledge and refine methodologies
What Gets You the Job:
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field (from top programs preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in packaging design and manufacturing, ideally from leading companies
• Knowledge of materials like laminated film, rigid plastics, corrugated products, and manufacturing techniques such as extrusion or thermoforming
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in fast-paced team environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and deliver high-impact work
