Focus:

• Create and execute effective strategic plans for short-term and long-term periods, anticipating and mitigating potential obstacles.
• Foster a performance-based culture that prioritizes safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Provide clear organizational direction and communication aligning with corporate goals and objectives to all plant departments.
• Analyze daily performance data to address problems, optimize costs, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address day-to-day challenges and support continuous improvement.
• Establish guidelines, initiatives, and targets that influence manufacturing timelines, standards, and expenses.
• Lead the implementation of confidential manufacturing initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and apply best practices.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff performance, maintaining high morale and good employee relations.
• Delegate work to the team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and company procedures.

Skill Set

• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a strong track record of team development.
• A degree in business administration, engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Relevant industry systems experience is required
• Strong knowledge of ISO and API standards.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
