About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive excellence across onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide HR representatives, streamline hiring processes, and help us continue building a workplace where employees feel respected, supported, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team with a people-first approach.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and compliance for all staff, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local employment laws.
• Implement best practices and leverage HR technologies to optimize operations and the employee experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in home care or healthcare HR, onboarding, or compliance.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) .
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS onboarding systems
• Ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and create a positive team culture.
• Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
