C-Suite Executive Assistant

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support a member of their C-Suite. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-oriented team and play a critical role in ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to a dynamic and high-impact executive. This individual must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and strategic support duties with discretion, poise, and a heart for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, professionally representing the executive in internal and external communications
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and board materials
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through on key priorities
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for leadership and board meetings
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Handle expense reports, vendor communications, and special projects as needed

Ideal Background:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership, preferably C-suite
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-integrity environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate
