About the Role

As CMO, you’ll own and lead the global marketing strategy—driving growth, shaping brand positioning, and expanding reach across key international markets. You’ll manage and inspire a high-performing team across digital, creative, and brand, and work closely with the CEO and executive team to define the brand’s future.

This role requires a unique blend of creative flair and commercial acumen , with a deep understanding of fashion marketing at scale.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Crafting and executing a high-impact global marketing strategy
  • Driving brand equity, digital innovation, and customer acquisition
  • Leading brand storytelling and positioning that connects with consumers emotionally and culturally
  • Managing global marketing functions including creative, digital, PR, influencer, and retail marketing
  • Identifying and unlocking market growth opportunities—particularly in the U.S.
  • Building and mentoring a best-in-class marketing team

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has led marketing for a global or U.S.-based fashion/lifestyle brand
  • Brings a strong commercial lens and understands how to scale a brand in competitive markets
  • Knows the U.S. market inside out—consumer trends, retail channels, and influencer ecosystems
  • Combines analytical rigor with brand-building instincts
  • Thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Is a natural leader and culture builder

Location & Flexibility

The role is based in vibrant Sydney, Australia , but we’re open to candidates based in the U.S. —ideally Los Angeles —who are open to frequent travel or considering relocation. For the right candidate, visa sponsorship is available .
