About the Role:

A leading commercial real estate firm in Greenville, SC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brokerage Assistant to support our team. This in-person role involves providing administrative and marketing support to brokers, helping ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist brokers with scheduling, document preparation, and data management
• Help create proposals, property flyers, and presentations
• Maintain listing databases, CRM systems, and online platforms
• Coordinate marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media content
• Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and transaction files
• Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and team members
• Support general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support; real estate experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
